Carol Cummins
President/Founder
Carol is a highly decorated and accomplished leader. She has served at the C-Level in many operational capacities. Carol is a trailblazer in the environmental arena. Since her first position at a nuclear facility in South Carolina, it was evident, she was made for leadership. She is an expert level project management consultant and technical writer. Her skill set allows her to take charge and get to a final solution quickly. Her peers and direct reports have always looked to her as a cool and collected asset. Her ability to look at a situation, assess, plan, and implement flawlessly is her super power.
Carol has been recognized as a Leader in the Women in Business space. She is the founding member of IronSpark Consulting, as it is her brain child. Her vision of helping others is the basic principle of IronSpark. She has put together a team of consultants to overcome any obstacle within her space of expertise.

Being an Environmental Chemist by trade, she has embraced the world of business and leadership. She has managed numerous companies from inception to closure. Carol is the work horse of the group. Her knack for organization is what keeps her clients focused on the end result being a culture of change.
Clark Cummins
EVP/Co-Founder
Clark is a sales and leadership professional with 30 years of experience in Coaching, Training, Strategic Selling, and C-Level communications. Clark has helped struggling organizations rebound through revenue recovery and increasing sales. He has been a key contributor, creating sales processes and team accountability for his partners.
Clark is a big-picture individual with an eye for the details. His ability to navigate the minutia of information and laser focus on the critical indicators of change is his superpower. He has learned that through a diagnosis-first mentality, you can recover and improve faster, as you discover and understand what is causing the symptoms. Clark knows methodologies and effective implementation were paramount to the successes he has helped others, and himself, achieve.
Clark has brought struggling sales teams to success on numerous occasions. Quick turnarounds are always important, and Clark integrates, improves, leads, and motivates. He has years of experience recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring, and performing program development, working well with both new and seasoned professionals. His proudest moments are when a previously struggling team member begins to flourish and is able to sustain that level of success.
